Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Family First Digital Solutions website and describe the basis on which we offer information, estimates, and consultation requests.

This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. For questions about your specific situation, please consult a qualified attorney.

01Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to general website use and do not, by themselves, create a service agreement. Any project engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

02Our Services

Family First Digital Solutions ("FFDS," "we," "us") provides digital solutions including website design and development, content production, social media management, marketing, and digital business systems. FFDS is an Oklahoma-based business serving Oklahoma City, Norman, and surrounding Oklahoma markets, and we work with clients remotely across other locations.

03Project Estimates and Quotes

Any prices, packages, or estimates shown on this website are starting points for discussion. Final scope, deliverables, and total cost are confirmed only after a consultation and in a written proposal or agreement. Estimates are not a guarantee of final pricing until a formal agreement is signed.

04Package Scope

Each package defines a specific set of deliverables, sessions, posts, and revisions in a written scope. No package is unlimited. Published prices are starting points; final scope, deliverables, and total cost are confirmed in a written proposal after a consultation. Routine updates are covered within the applicable plan, while new functionality, custom development, advanced integrations, substantial redesigns, and larger additions are separately quoted.

05Production Sessions

One content session includes up to 90 minutes of scheduled production at one approved location. Basic setup and breakdown are included. Travel time, additional locations, events, extensive staging, talent coordination, long-form interviews, and advanced production requirements are separate unless included in the written proposal. Additional production time is $200 per hour, billed in one-hour increments and subject to crew availability. Monthly sessions cannot automatically be combined into a full production day. Production begins at the agreed arrival time, and client delays do not automatically extend the session. Weather-dependent outdoor sessions may be rescheduled when necessary.

06Scheduling and Cancellation

Production sessions should be scheduled at least seven days in advance. Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may count as completed sessions. Weather-related outdoor production may be rescheduled without penalty. Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable service month and do not automatically roll over.

07Deliverables

An edited photo is a professionally selected final image prepared for web and social-media use. Standard editing may include exposure, color, crop, straightening, and tonal adjustments. FFDS selects the strongest final images; duplicate, test, or substantially repetitive images are not included solely to reach a numerical total. One reel is one edited vertical short-form video created from approved footage for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. One story placement is one planned story sequence centered on one topic, promotion, event, announcement, or content asset; multiple connected frames about the same subject may count as one placement.

  • Standard packages do not automatically include RAW files, every image captured, advanced retouching, body modification, complex object removal, background replacement, composite images, or extensive product reconstruction.
  • Standard reels do not automatically include paid talent, voice-over production, complex animation, advanced motion graphics, full script development, multiple alternate versions, paid music licensing, long-form video, horizontal versions, RAW footage, or same-day editing.

08Revisions

A revision adjusts an approved concept. A request that changes the concept, requires new production, replaces the approved message, or introduces a new deliverable is additional work. Corrections required because of an FFDS production error do not count against the client’s revision allowance. Revision notes must be submitted together within five business days unless the proposal states otherwise.

  • One consolidated revision round per reel.
  • One consolidated review period for each photo gallery.
  • One consolidated revision round for monthly social calendars and captions.
  • New concepts, replacement messages, new filming, or substantially different creative direction are additional work.
  • Additional reel revision: $75.
  • Additional work that cannot reasonably be priced per item: $100 per hour.

09Turnaround

Delivery timelines begin after production and receipt of all required client information. Missing access, delayed selections, late approvals, or changing instructions may extend delivery. Expedited delivery is subject to availability and an additional fee.

  • Edited photography: generally 5–7 business days after production.
  • Edited reels: generally 7–10 business days after production.
  • Monthly social calendar: generally provided at least seven days before the publishing period when the client supplies all required information on time.

10Client Approvals

Client approval delays may move content to the next available publishing date and do not create additional posts or automatic rollover rights. FFDS is not responsible for missed promotional timing caused by delayed client approval. Clients may grant written standing authorization to publish approved categories of content without individual approval.

  • Scheduled social posts should generally be approved within two business days.
  • Monthly calendars should generally be approved within three business days.
  • Completed photo and video deliverables should generally be reviewed within five business days.

11Social Publishing

One unique post consists of one primary concept, asset or asset group, and caption distributed across the platforms included in the client’s plan. Cross-publishing, reasonable resizing, caption and hashtag adjustments, and scheduling and publishing are included.

A responsive post addresses a timely business update that could not reasonably have been included in the approved monthly calendar. Responsive posts do not include new campaign development, same-day professional production, new filming, crisis communication, or more than four per month.

  • A platform requires a substantially different creative concept.
  • A separate reel or graphic must be created.
  • Completely different captions or different offers are promoted.
  • Content must be substantially rebuilt for a particular platform.

12Community Management

Routine monitoring includes reviewing routine public comments, identifying obvious spam, flagging customer questions, escalating complaints, identifying and forwarding potential leads, and providing approved basic responses when applicable. Standard community or inbox management does not include full-time customer service, 24/7 monitoring, sales closing, processing refunds, resolving warranty disputes, responding to legal threats, making personnel statements, handling medical or safety complaints, quoting prices without authorization, or crisis communication.

13Travel Expenses

Travel expenses are not included in package pricing and are the responsibility of the client. Clients are responsible for approved mileage, fuel, airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, parking, tolls, baggage fees, permits, reasonable per diem, and other approved travel expenses required for on-location production or services. Anticipated travel expenses will be communicated for approval and invoiced separately whenever practical. Travel time does not count as production-session time. Nonrefundable travel expenses remain payable when a client cancels or reschedules.

  • Major travel should be approved before booking.
  • Multiple locations require advance approval.
  • Material location changes may require a revised estimate.
  • FFDS is not required to finance substantial client travel expenses.

14Account Access

Social-media management begins after FFDS receives the necessary account access, brand information, approved business details, response guidelines, and client contacts. FFDS is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable access, suspended accounts, platform outages, client-controlled security issues, or missing information.

  • Administrative or partner access
  • Meta Business Manager access
  • Brand assets
  • Business information
  • Services and offers
  • Contact information
  • Brand voice
  • Restricted topics
  • Escalation contacts
  • Approved response guidelines

15Month-to-Month Services

Month-to-month pricing is billed before the applicable service month, automatically renews monthly, and is subject to the cancellation notice stated in the agreement.

16Twelve-Month Agreements

Twelve-month pricing requires a 12-month service agreement, uses the published discounted monthly rate, is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed, and is subject to the early-cancellation terms in the written agreement. The 12-month rate is a service-commitment rate and is not available without a 12-month agreement. It cannot automatically be combined with additional discounts.

17Additional Work

New functionality, custom development, advanced integrations, substantial redesigns, larger additions, advertising setup and management, long-form video, crisis communication, website development and landing pages, travel, and any work outside the established package scope require a separate quote. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client, is not included in management fees, and advertising results are not guaranteed.

18Custom Plans

If a standard package does not fit your goals or budget, FFDS can adjust the scope, frequency, platforms, deliverables, and priorities around your goals and available budget. Every custom plan receives its own written scope. We customize the scope — not the quality standard.

19Website Only Hosting

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the Website Only package does not include ongoing hosting, platform subscriptions, domain renewals, email services, third-party applications, premium licenses, API usage, transaction fees, or ongoing technical management. Following launch or transfer, the client is responsible for maintaining the accounts and payments required to keep the website operational. Costs vary by platform and may change based on third-party provider pricing.

20Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, and materials on this website are owned by FFDS or its clients and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission. Upon project completion and full payment, project-specific deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Our services and this website may integrate third-party tools and platforms, and may link to client websites and external resources. FFDS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services or external websites.

23Communications

When you submit a consultation request, you agree that FFDS may contact you regarding your inquiry. You may opt out of communications at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how submitted information is handled.
